Onyx for Optimum is a unified user interface system designed to help people find and enjoy television content available on the Cablevision Optimum service from any device. This is done in an easy to use set of applications on the set top box, tablets, computers and phones that gives the customer personalized access to all On Demand, DVR and live TV content.
In 2012 we began a process to reinvent the Optimum.net website and ultimately launched a completely redesigned and rebuilt customer portal. The site redesign has lead to significantly higher use of core services such as online bill pay and email while consistantly driving higher satisfaction scores.
